Sarah first qualified in Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy in the UK where her passion for martial arts & endurance sports such as triathlon and long distance cycle racing steered the direction of her massage career. She has had the privilege of working with elite athletes both in the UK and Australia in their quest for high performance, maintenance and recovery from injury.
Sarah is passionate about the many benefits of massage therapy and it’s place in women’s general health and any well-being programme. She works with you to ease muscular restrictions, increase range of movement and improve function and flexibility - thereby ultimately reducing pain, stiffness, and also lowering stress levels.
Sarah is a busy mum of a young daughter and two little doggies who all keep her on her toes as she balances work and home life. She also understands the demands of the corporate world from her pre-massage career days. Consequently she is very passionate about helping women who are trying to do it all to ensure that they also take appropriate steps to care for their overworked and tired bodies, that have often been pushed to their limits.
Sarah looks forward to helping all clients achieve optimum results from their training regime and reach their ultimate health goals.
